Our bread is made with organic flour and three-stage sourdough and then flame-baked using beech wood for that crispy, aromatic crust.

Bread 33
The number 33 equals the proportion of rye flour, the rest is comprised of wheat.
This classic Czech bread has a golden, glossy and crunchy crust. It is best consumed fresh with butter. Ingredients: 60 % local organic plain bread wheat flour, 33 % local organic bread rye flour, 7 % boiled potatoes, Czech roasted cumin, salt. The loaf is about 780 g.

Bread 66
This bread with 66% rye flour has a crispy and floury crust with slices. The dense crumb with small eyes tastes and smells of caraway seeds. In Eska we like to spread fresh butter on it, but it is also good for thickening sauces or bread soup. Ingredients: 33 % domestic rye BIO flour, 33 % domestic rye BIO bread flour, 33 % domestic wheat BIO bread flour, Czech roasted cumin, salt. We only bake the 66 on Fridays and it is available until sold out.
